Luca Hotel’s design language is derived from the era of the 70’s incorporated with the vibe of the surrounding beaches of Bohol. Targeting millenials and the younger generation, we gave this resort development a sense of curiosity by using the landscape’s existing terrain and mounds to add anticipation to the main focal points of the site. We added design patterns that was translated from local elements to give a sense of individuality that is authentic to the site. Expressive. Iconic. Daring. Slow and Steady.
Seja Chapel’s landscape gets its design inspiration from the journey of life; of moments of hardship, reflection, and peace. Our approach was to take these aspects and translate them into form, laying them out through the path going into the chapel, as if to invite its visitors to ponder and reflect, and ultimately celebrate life.

This Residence is a testament to bringing the element of surprise into a rather small garden. As you make your way through the side of the house, lined with bamboos and miagos, you will be greeted by a sneak peek of the feature of the house. Making your way to the garden. The wall splits garden in two with a tiled area on one side and a rock and pebble garden on the other with the use of planting to bring both areas together. The shrubs pop from the muted walls and flamboyant pink that gives emphasis on the plants that were used to soften the area.
